A landlord approached DLI to renovate an old building for an inbound tenant who relocated. We worked with both the landlord and tenant to establish a scope of work and budget, and we both self-performed and subcontracted the necessary work to meet the customer’s specifications and timeline. Included demo and numerous repairs to the building such as door replacements, concrete repairs, loading dock repairs, landscaping, as well as HVAC installation, full interior repaint, carpet and ceilings in the offices, bathroom renovations, and more.
