Tire Store in Greensboro, North Carolina

A national tire chain opened a new location from a ground-up build. Another contractor was removed from the project immediately after kick-off, and DLI Commercial was brought in to rectify the existing site conditions and perform the ground-up construction. DLI Commercial worked through various challenges including a quick ramp-up and mobilization on the project to get the building completed in an 8 month timeline from empty land to opening the doors.
