Office manager in this 10-year-old international office requested an update. DLI Commercial was brought in to general contract this overseas office update for the US-based facilities team. Working through time and language differences, we were able to reconfigure rooms and walls, create a larger conference room with new AV/VC, and add private workspaces with sit-stand capability. New lighting
and millwork rounded out the upgrades. During the project we were sensitive to construction activity in this multi-tenant environment. DLI Commercial provided in-person management at project kickoff, 50%, and punch list.
