Full Parking Lot Repave in Upper Pittsgrove, New Jersey

Repaved a 150,000 sq. ft,. garage facility work center that consisted of over 125 parking spaces. This included milling, repairing, and laying new asphalt, re-striping parking spaces, as well as repainting safety bollards throughout the entire facility. The garage work center needed to stay operational 24/7.
DLI Commercial worked closely with site manager to perform work in multiple phases not to disturb the workflow of site employees coming and going in their company vehicles. DLI was requested to perform this last-minute project near the end of the year, working around challenging weather conditions and asphalt plants shutting down for the winter. Our client was pleased the project was completed on time.
