A large franchisee growing into new markets solicited DLI Commercial to perform a 17,000 sq. ft. build out of a new fitness center. With a tight 3-month construction deadline and long-lead time HVAC units, DLI Commercial was able to procure RTU’s in one month instead of nine months to keep the construction schedule. We coordinated between the franchisee, landlord, AE team, and numerous local contractors to complete the project on time as well as meeting budget expectations.
